Our team brings more than a decade of hands-on experience designing, deploying, modernizing, migrating, and supporting critical technology environments around the world.
Before CaribSys, members of our team designed and implemented infrastructure for some of the world's most recognized organizations, including Disney, Apple, Google, IBM, Netflix, Suntory, BBC, CBC, Peloton, Equinox, and organizations across the NBA, NFL, and MLB.
Our experience also spans major broadcasters and media companies, global technology organizations, professional sports, leading universities and research institutions, financial institutions, advertising and creative agencies, large faith-based organizations, and enterprise environments across North America, Europe, Asia, and South America.
That includes work with media and technology organizations in Japan and South Korea, as well as creative and advertising environments in Brazil and Argentina responsible for managing, protecting, and preserving enormous volumes of campaign content and digital assets.

Our experience includes the architecture and implementation of complete storage area networks, shared production storage environments, high-performance networking, media and broadcast infrastructure, archive platforms, data-protection systems, workflow environments, and other mission-critical technology.
In many environments, our responsibility extended across the entire lifecycle, discovery, architecture, solution design, implementation, migration, integration, commissioning, troubleshooting, optimization, documentation, and ongoing support.
These were environments where downtime mattered, data mattered, and execution mattered.
Working at that level taught us something important: technology is only part of the solution. The difference comes from understanding the problem, designing carefully, executing properly, communicating clearly, and taking ownership when things get difficult.

That commitment is personal. Saint Lucia's Pitons have long represented something deeper to our founder than a landmark. They represent the willingness to climb. Again and again.
There have been periods of climbing the Pitons day after day, sometimes seven days in a row, and on some days making the climb multiple times. Not because the mountain became easier. Because difficult things are overcome through discipline, consistency, preparation, and the willingness to keep going when stopping would be easier.
That mentality became part of the philosophy behind CaribSys. When a project becomes complicated, we keep climbing. When the first solution does not work, we keep climbing. When legacy systems reveal problems nobody documented, when timelines get difficult, or when the answer is not immediately obvious, we stay engaged and work the problem.
